Basic Service Agreement
This yearly maintenance contract applies to all our installed parking systems and includes scheduled, routine visits for the upkeep of the parking system. The maintenance services encompass essential factory-recommended procedures to ensure that your parking system operates safely and at peak efficiency.
During each visit, a comprehensive condition report is provided. Additional services—such as pit cleaning and platform upkeep—can be included to meet the specific needs of the client.
Inclusive Service Agreement
This extended yearly maintenance contract is available for all our installed parking systems. Beyond the Basic Service Agreement, the Inclusive Agreement also covers (subject to conditions) charges for emergency service calls, including labor and parts.
This provides building managers with a predictable, fixed cost—eliminating financial risks.
System Refurbishment
To address platform surface corrosion—which can occur after long-term exposure to road salt—we offer a complete refurbishment service for system platforms, significantly extending their service life.
